Help improve TheWorldTimeMap

Report timezone data issues, broken links, accessibility problems, or ideas that would make global scheduling easier. We review feedback to improve the map, city pages, and planning tools.

Email

Send a note to [email protected]. For data corrections, please include the city, expected time zone, source if available, and the page URL. The Time Zone Data And Accuracy page explains how time zone reports are reviewed.

What helps us respond faster

  • The affected page URL or city name.
  • Your expected result and what you saw instead.
  • Your browser/device if the issue is visual or interactive.
  • A reliable public source for timezone or daylight-saving corrections.

What we review

Feedback is reviewed for practical product improvements, time zone data accuracy, accessibility, broken links, and content clarity. Reports about daylight-saving changes are compared against public references before pages are updated and noted internally for future checks.

For new city or route requests, include the location, IANA time zone when known, and the planning scenario you are trying to solve. Useful examples include a common business route, a travel corridor, or a remote-team overlap that many visitors may search for.

How corrections are handled

Timezone corrections are checked against the affected page, the expected local date or offset, and a public source when one is available. Straightforward broken links or spelling issues can usually be fixed directly, while daylight-saving and regional rule changes are reviewed more carefully because they can affect multiple pages.

We prioritize reports that affect current clocks, popular city pages, high-intent planning tools, accessibility, privacy disclosures, or ad policy compliance. Suggestions that are useful but less urgent may be grouped into future content or product updates.

Response expectations

The feedback mailbox is reviewed for site maintenance and product quality; it is not a live support desk. If you are making a time-sensitive travel, medical, legal, payroll, or contractual decision, confirm the final time with the airline, venue, employer, government source, or organization responsible for that event.

Safety and privacy

Do not send passwords, payment details, private calendar invitations, passport data, or confidential customer information. A public URL, a short explanation, and an expected result are usually enough to reproduce the issue.

The contact mailbox is for site feedback and data corrections, not emergency travel, legal, or financial advice. For critical scheduling decisions, confirm the final time with the organization, airline, venue, or official local source involved.
